Design and develop visual assets such as graphics, branding elements, product mockups, and digital materials that align with client and company objectives.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements, ensuring creative outputs are both visually compelling and technically feasible.
Ensure all designs and tech packs meet production standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
Present design concepts, drafts, and tech pack outputs for feedback, incorporating revisions as needed.
Stay updated on fashion, design, and graphic software trends to continuously enhance creativity and technical accuracy.
Work closely with the content and sourcing/production teams to align visual elements with overall project goals, timelines, and strategic direction.
Review and recommend new design tools, software, or best practices that can improve workflow efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in graphic design and tech pack creation (apparel/fashion industry experience is a strong plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tech pack creation tools.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production requirements.
Excellent eye for detail, accuracy, and design aesthetics.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to turn concepts into tangible design outputs.
