We’re seeking a Sales Engineering Leader to build and lead our Sales Engineering organization as we scale our go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Sales Engineering experience in Cybersecurity and proven leadership experience building and scaling sales engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Sales Engineering experience in Cybersecurity
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling sales engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers
- Strong technical background in security operations, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint/cloud security, or related domains
- Experience with AI/ML-powered security products or automation platforms
- Experience working with channel/partner GTM models
- Prior startup experience or scaling teams in high-growth environments
