We’re seeking a Sales Engineering Leader to build and lead our Sales Engineering organization as we scale our go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Sales Engineering experience in Cybersecurity and proven leadership experience building and scaling sales engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales Engineering experience in Cybersecurity
  • Proven leadership experience building and scaling sales engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers
  • Strong technical background in security operations, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint/cloud security, or related domains
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered security products or automation platforms
  • Experience working with channel/partner GTM models
  • Prior startup experience or scaling teams in high-growth environments
