WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Handle Learning Management System (LMS) tickets for all JYSK countries, resolving issues promptly.
• Update existing training materials.
• Support the implementation of new training materials.
• Administrative tasks related to project management and organization of classroom training.
• Maintain relevant training related data.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Excellent level of English, both written and verbal
• Ability to quickly learn new software
• Detail oriented individual with very good communication skills
• Proactive personality
• Team player

The position is part-time (25h or 30h) and the duration of the employment is 1 year.

The position is based in Bozhurishte, Bulgaria but is part of the Global Learning & Development team.
