• 5+ years of experience in development and integration solutions, with expertise in high-load systems design and implementation.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, high-availability platform development.
• Understanding of ML models infrastructure, training, and inference, including large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to balance quality and speed based on project scope and timeline.
• Leadership experience in providing technical direction and mentoring, guiding teams through integration challenges.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with product and business teams, translating client needs into technical specifications.
• Flexibility to deliver custom solutions, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements.
• Ensure synchronization of integration efforts with the platform architecture.
