At Sidetool, we build AI solutions to solve real business problems.

At Sidetool, we build AI solutions to solve real business problems. We create AI agents that eliminate repetitive, manual tasks, starting with voice solutions, logistics, customer service, and administrative workflows. Our goal is clear: simplify work and help businesses grow efficiently.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join Sidetool’s operations team. This role is key to keeping the company running smoothly on a day-to-day basis — from onboarding new teammates and managing subscriptions to ensuring timely billing, collections, and payments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a fast-growing tech company operates from the inside, working directly with the founders and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members (accounts, tools, documentation).
  • Handle billing, collections, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
  • Manage company subscriptions and spending cards (Ramp).
  • Keep financial and administrative records organized and up to date.
  • Assist the CEO with the preparation of all-hands presentations and internal reporting.
  • Perform general administrative and operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re likely not a good fit if you

  • Feel most comfortable in environments with rigid hierarchies and detailed instructions.
  • Don’t enjoy figuring things out independently or improving existing processes.
  • Need close supervision to stay organized.
  • Are looking for a role where things rarely change or evolve.

Consider joining if you

  • Like to take ownership.
  • Enjoy solving operational puzzles and connecting the dots between finance, people, and systems.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Appreciate open and honest communication — even when it’s direct.
  • Are curious, reliable, and like to keep things in order.
  • Are self-aware, thoughtful, and motivated to grow every week.

Requirements

  • Advanced student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or finance roles.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented — you catch mistakes before they happen.
  • Fast learner, able to understand new systems and workflows quickly.
  • Comfortable working in English (spoken and written).
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to make things better rather than just follow instructions.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary paid in US dollars
  • Work wherever you want
  • Everything you do or say matters
  • Everything you do or say has a tangible impact
  • Results are valued over egos in all interactions
  • Three paid weeks of PTO (Sick days don't count as PTO)
  • 13 paid holidays per year (We follow US holiday calendar)
