Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client base across the U.S.

• Conduct clinical assessments and manage risk appropriately

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Use evidence-based practices to guide treatment and monitor outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and special initiatives

What Success Looks Like

• Managing a full caseload (~30 sessions/week) with strong client retention
