About the Role

We’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness — ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and professionalism in both written and spoken English. This role focuses on email and voice communication coaching, expectation-setting with clients, and the establishment of a structured ESL upskilling program to raise overall communication standards across the organization.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching, ESL instruction, or language training — ideally in a corporate, BPO, or remote environment.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and professional correspondence.
Experience coaching individuals on client communication, email writing, and expectation-setting techniques.
Strong facilitation and feedback skills with the ability to coach across different skill levels.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple learners or cohorts.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
