Senior Manager Operations Service Management

Lumen is seeking a Senior Operations Service Manager to lead Operations Service Management and foster customer experience through strategic initiatives. This role involves managing a team, developing partnerships, driving process improvements, and focusing on revenue generation through a new Service-Based Pricing Program. The leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders and serve as a key driver of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Delegates work, holds reports accountable, and develops direct reports.
• Prior experience as a manager, preferably in telecom.
• Experience in Service Management is a must.
• Strong understanding of the operations and business strategy.
