What You'll Bring:

  • Maintain a best-in-class customer experience and respond to inquiries within outlined Service Level Agreements, escalating where needed.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting needs and audit requests.
  • Handle a variety of people related data changes in Workday (e.g., manager changes, off cycle job changes, open positions updates) and pro-actively identify and help resolve basic employee data integrity issues through ongoing proactive data audits (e.g., open position, finance information, location, bonus metric)
  • Act as a data steward to ensure data governance is observed for each transaction.
  • Help on documentation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Show cross-team collaboration to identify root causes and propose solutions for continuous improvement with the goal of operational excellence
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of self-service documentation and policies.
  • Assist stakeholders to define workarounds and alternatives to key problems.

Impact You'll Make:

  • An associate’s degree in business or related field or prior experience
  • 1-3 years in a fast paced operations/customer support environment, preferably in HR or Case management teams.
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical mind
  • A desire to make things better, with a focus on creating a seamless customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn systems quickly, Workday experience is preferred
  • Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written, verbal communication skill and the ability to prioritize work effectively
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
