Requirements
- Design, deliver, and continuously enhance enterprise talent development programs
- Translate business priorities into targeted talent development strategies
- Lead enterprise succession planning and talent review cycles
- Manage end-to-end program logistics, communications, and participant experience
- Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of talent development initiatives
- Use talent data to identify capability gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver clear, actionable insights and dashboards
