As a Financial Analyst Lead, you'll collaborate with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with UK financial regulations.
As a Financial Analyst Lead, you'll collaborate with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with UK financial regulations. You'll prepare financial reports, conduct analysis, and drive strategic decision-making across our growing UK real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
- Fluent English speaker and writer; able to confidently present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- 6+ years in finance/accounting, with strong reporting and analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency with Xero (certification preferred) and Excel
- Deep understanding of UK accounting practices, VAT compliance, and SPV structures
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Highly organized and self-driven in a remote work environment
