Sr Manager Demand Management

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manager to strengthen their Channel Business Unit (CBU) Demand Management and Supply Chain Team strategy. The role involves developing and implementing strategic processes, leading demand managers, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the forecast process. This position focuses on forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with S&OP, understanding of product flow and technology, and leading projects are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of demand management experience in a large manufacturing or distribution environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Supply Chain, or Finance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience working independently with multiple dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with IBP forecast software + MRP systems
