1840 & Company is seeking a Junior Hubspot Developer to manage and enhance their HubSpot ecosystem. The role involves HubSpot platform management, automation, custom development, data quality, and collaboration with various teams to optimize business goals. This position is ideal for those with 3+ years of HubSpot experience and strong skills in automation and data modeling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong grasp of HubSpot automation, data structures, lead scoring, campaign workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS (custom modules, HubL, templates, etc.) and front-end development basics.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and syncing HubSpot with external systems (e.g. Salesforce, ERP, Ad Platforms).
• Excellent communication and business translating skills.
