One of our clients is currently looking for a Testing Coordinator in APAC.

As a Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing software testing processes from start to finish. You will create and update test cases, coordinate test runs, lead teams of freelance testers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute directly to the success of high-profile product launches and ensure consistent delivery excellence across various digital platforms. This is a remote position open to candidates located in Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, or Indonesia.

Accountabilities:

  • Write and update test cases based on testing strategies and project needs
  • Coordinate and manage test runs from initiation to completion
  • Monitor testers and test leads, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to testing best practices
  • Conduct issue reviews, verify fixed bugs, and maintain updated issue backlogs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations
  • Track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers
  • Support tester onboarding and act as a backup for other Testing Coordinators when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience (mobile platforms a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of experience working with or managing freelance testers preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting between strategic and operational tasks
