GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Klaviyo Email Marketer to lead end-to-end email campaign execution, including testing, QA, deployment, and performance tracking. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in hands-on email + SMS marketing execution, ideally in DTC e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in Klaviyo for campaign setup, journey building, and analytics.
- Experience creating and launching A/B tests and reporting on their impact.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability, etc.) and how to use them to optimize campaigns.
- Comfortable creating audience segments using platform-based filters, conditions, and custom attributes; Proficiency with audiences and segments.
- Resourceful and proactive mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken English; confident communicator who can clearly explain performance trends.
- Comfortable with and interested in learning AI tools.
- Must be available to work EST business hours.
