Eye-Able® is a rapidly growing platform for digital accessibility in Europe, aiming to make the internet accessible to everyone. As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategy, focusing on converting SMB users from free trials to paying customers. You'll design the self-service journey, drive in-product activation and monetization, and conduct experiments to scale growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the B2B-SaaS area
- 1–2 years in building or managing a PLG or self-service funnel
- Deep understanding of activation, retention, and conversion metrics in a PLG model
- Practical experience with product analytics, funnel tracking, and experiments
- Ability to conduct user research and usability tests
- Experience in defining PQLs and segmentation based on product behavior
- Collaborative working style and ability to lead growth sprints
- Ability to write clear briefs and implement MVP experiments
- Very good German and English skills
