Genesys Composer Routing Developer

Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire 3 Genesys Composer Routing Developer for a 3-6 month contract. The consultants will be working remotely supporting routing and another for Engage eservices/ digital.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years voice/routing experience (Genesys Composer experience)
• Experience using Genesys composer to create and maintain complex routing strategies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test, and operational automation
