Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to join the NotaryCam Team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to remote online notarization (RON) notaries to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a virtual environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and instructional skills, along with a deep understanding of remote notarization processes and regulations.
- Responsible for the virtual training of Stewart employees contract notaries on various software, applications and/or business processes
- Assesses business needs and determines associated learning and development gaps
- Assists with content design, development, and content delivery creating a positive, enjoyable experience for Notaries attending training courses
- Applies learning theory to learning program design and evaluates training programs on an ongoing basis to ensure organizational and individual needs are met
- Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
- Ensure all training materials comply with state-specific regulations, industry best practices and NotaryCam policies.
- Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
- Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
- Stay updated on changes in notary laws, online notarization technologies, and industry standards.
- Update training materials and programs to reflect the latest regulatory and procedural changes.
- Individual contributor working with limited oversight
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or a related role.
- Knowledge of the notary industry and online notarization processes
- Certified Notary Public with experience in Remote Online Notarization (RON).
Skills:
- Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Training Delivery leveraging online tools to remote teammates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with online notarization platforms and related technologies.

- Adaptable and able to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
