We are seeking a Security Consultant to redesign and enhance its current Vendor Security Management Framework, with a specific focus on improving the Excel-based Vendor Security Due Diligence Tool (currently macro-driven). The consultant will be responsible for improving usability, functionality, and effectiveness while aligning with best practices in vendor risk assessment and information security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze the existing Excel-based vendor security due diligence tool and identify areas for optimization.
• Redesign the tool to improve usability, functionality, and efficiency.
• Develop and enhance macros to streamline data entry and automate calculations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases.
• Integrate industry best practices for security risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Validate and test the redesigned tool for accuracy and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and user training on the updated tool.
• Remain current with emerging trends, frameworks, and regulations in cybersecurity and vendor risk management.

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience developing advanced Excel tools (including macros/VBA).
• Solid knowledge of vendor risk management frameworks and security controls.
• Background in cybersecurity, information security, or related field.
• Strong skills in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Familiarity with regulations such as DORA is a plus.
