Camp Manager, Remote Camp

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee food service and housekeeping operations in remote locations. The role involves client communication, compliance with safety regulations, budget management, staff training, and ensuring a positive client experience. Campers will enjoy a nutritious meal or comfortable environment, with potential for some schedule flexibility.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary diploma or degree from college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hospitality experience or minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Red Seal certification is an asset.
• Advance Food Safety (will be required within 60 days of being hired)
• Knowledge of regulatory and food industry codes & standards.
• Valid Driver License.
• Ability to work under pressure.
