As the company scales, we are expanding our finance team to support data-driven decision making, improved financial visibility, and strong operating discipline.
The Financial Analyst will work directly with the CFO to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, governance, and operational decision support across the organization. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical capability, financial modeling expertise, and disciplined execution.
The role combines financial analysis with structured oversight responsibilities to help ensure the company maintains accurate reporting, documentation, and governance standards as it scales.
Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Analyze revenue, margin, and cost drivers across business units
Track key performance indicators and operating metrics
Support annual planning and rolling forecast processes
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making
Partner with operations leaders to assess profitability and cost efficiency
Support pricing analysis, unit economics, and customer profitability initiatives
Conduct ad hoc analysis related to fleet performance, labor, and growth initiatives
Maintain and update internal governance documents, financial policies, and reporting frameworks
Assist in preparing and maintaining board materials, resolutions, and executive documentation
Ensure accuracy and version control of financial models and reporting templates
Coordinate updates to governance documentation required by lenders, investors, auditors, or regulatory bodies
Support the CFO in maintaining compliance documentation across corporate entities
Assist the CFO with executive, board, and investor reporting materials
Support due diligence for acquisitions and financing initiatives
Contribute to the development of scalable financial processes and internal controls
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical roles
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Experience handling confidential financial and governance materials
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and structured execution discipline
Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or technology-enabled businesses
Familiarity with KPI-driven operating environments
Experience supporting board reporting or investor communications
Exposure to M&A or operational finance analysis
Analytical and detail-oriented
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Strong organizational discipline and documentation rigor
High level of discretion and professionalism
Self-starter capable of operating with limited structure
Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
