Nebius is looking for an Employee Experience (Pre-boarding Onboarding) Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve the end-to-end new hire experience, from offer acceptance through early tenure.
This role owns both experience and execution, ensuring candidates transition smoothly from ATS to HRIS, feel supported and informed on the lead up to joining and are set up for success through a high-quality onboarding journey. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, HR, IT, and business teams to deliver a consistent, human-centred experience, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
This role will be working Remote from the UK.
