Recruitment Specialist

New U Therapy Center & Family Services is seeking a Remote Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for clinical and administrative positions in a modern, innovative mental health clinic located in California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting talent with meaningful mental health work and have experience recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (mental healthcare recruiting preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, and ATS tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and social perceptiveness
• Experience recruiting U.S.-based clinicians and admin staff is preferred
