Xempus, a leading SaaS platform for occupational pension solutions, seeks a Technical Account Manager to support customers and partners with technical issues related to their platform. The role involves collaborating with various teams to resolve technical requests, analyze processes, and contribute to platform improvements, all while promoting digitization within the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, computer science, business, or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a technical account manager (m/w/d) in a SaaS or platform environment
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce is an advantage
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially in the field of life insurance, is a plus
- Strong ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and sustainably resolve technical challenges
- Comfortable in a dynamic, technical environment
- Very good German skills at a native level as well as good English skills in word and writing
