SEO & Content Management Manager (all genders)

We are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin, seeking an experienced SEO & Content Manager to own our organic search strategy and digital content systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and passionate about scalable content frameworks.

Requirements

• SEO expertise and understanding of organic growth levers
• Experience with AI/LLM search or strong interest in emerging AI-driven search dynamics
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and digital asset workflows
• Experience with DAM platforms (Bynder experience is a strong plus)
• Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
