Product Designer, Analytics (Remote - India)

In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and actionable analytics experiences that empower users to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and end-users to transform complex datasets into clear insights and predictive recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to shape analytics capabilities from descriptive reporting to prescriptive guidance, influencing how businesses leverage data to improve operations and outcomes. You will focus on crafting dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive tools that are accessible, meaningful, and visually compelling. Accountabilities

• Design end-to-end analytics experiences, from dashboards and reports to predictive insights and recommendations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable, and user-friendly visualizations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define analytics roadmaps and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable data visualization patterns and design system components.
• Conduct user research with stakeholders to understand how data informs business decisions.
• Measure and validate design impact using analytics and feedback tools.
• Contribute to design culture through critiques, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent education.
• Strong UX and visual design skills, particularly for data-heavy interfaces and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping and user research tools.
• Familiarity with analytics and research platforms such as Pendo, Sigma, or Maze.
• Solid understanding of basic analytics concepts and making data accessible to non-technical users.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing for small business owners or data-driven decision-makers is a plus.
• Interest in predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, or recommendation systems is a plus.
