The role involves serving as a liaison between customers and the company, processing RFQs, coordinating new product launches, and maintaining ISO 9001 documentation. This is a full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST or CST position with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Customer Service/Account Management experience in production or manufacturing industry
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Experience with Windows and MS-Office (MS-EXCEL, MS –Word)
- Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
