Junior Recruiter (Start in IT & AI| German-speaking) Data Labeling, Short-term

Intetics is seeking a Junior Recruiter for a short-term data labeling project focused on AI-generated job postings. The role involves reviewing postings, labeling for relevance, and collaborating with the client's team in German. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of AI recruiting without prior tech experience.

Requirements

• Review real job search queries and analyze AI-generated job posting results.
• Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HR-based rules.
• Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
• Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken).
• Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025.
