SETR is a Conversion Intelligence Engine that replaces human setters with emotionally intelligent voice AI and omnichannel follow-up systems. We're hiring an AI Automation & Onboarding Specialist to deploy SETR for our clients and become a core team member long-term.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable and professional on video calls
• n8n automation experience
• CRM integration experience (Pipedrive strongly preferred)
• Funnel mapping and customer journey design
• Sales psychology understanding (objection handling, qualification frameworks)
• AI prompt engineering (Claude, GPT)
• Omnichannel messaging workflow design
• Proactive problem-solver
• Enjoys working with clients and building relationships

Benefits

• Base Salary: $1,000–$2,500/month
• Performance Bonuses: $50–$200/month for zero-error launches and system reliability
• Performance Bonuses: $50–$300/month tied to client retention and performance improvements
• Total potential: $1,200–$3,200/month
