We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Client Support Specialist to join our team. The SDR / Client Support Specialist will be responsible for outbound sales activities, including lead generation through email and LinkedIn, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, with a proven track record in lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Utilize various channels, including email and LinkedIn, for lead generation and outreach.
- Engage with prospects through effective communication to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and notes in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on lead generation efforts and sales pipeline progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Proven sales skills with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent LinkedIn lead generation skills.
- Strong email outreach and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Ability to conduct research and identify target prospects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and lead generation roles.
- Experience in an outbound sales or Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is needed.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Apollo, LinkedIn, Slack, and Dripify
