About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Data Analyst who can manage and refine our sales data processes. In this role, you’ll use ZoomInfo to source qualified leads and Excel to keep data organized, accurate, and ready for the sales team to act on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and gather lead data using ZoomInfo

• Organize and update spreadsheets to track leads and opportunities

• Ensure all information is accurate, complete, and ready for CRM input

• Assist in creating simple reports for the sales team

• Support general data cleanup and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Excel (basic formulas, data organization)

• Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
