As a Remote Veterinary Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role on our Virtual Customer Support team, providing responsive, helpful, and friendly support to clients and clinical teams across text, phone, and email channels.
Provide excellent customer service to pet parents via phone, text, and email
Assist with appointment scheduling, general questions, and basic pet care guidance
Route medical-specific inquiries to our TeleAdvice team
Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent Petfolk’s values in every interaction
1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine (required)
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, startup environment
A quiet, reliable home workspace and high-speed internet connection
Willingness to work a full-time schedule (4 x 10-hour shifts/week), including weekends
Based in: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA or TX
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in EMR and CRM systems (Gladly is a plus), Slack, and Google Suite
Familiarity with Vetspire
Experience using Gladly CRM
