Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s genuinely excited to manage and grow content across all our platforms. Nothing crazy or overwhelming….we’re a small team, we keep it real, and the best part? You don’t need to do any scripting or editing. All the creative and strategic stuff is handled by the founder.

What we need is someone who’s super dependable with posting, replying, coordinating, and keeping things updated across platforms. Simple, clear, and sorted.

✨ What You’ll Actually Do:

• Post daily content on Instagram (2 accounts) and repurpose the same on YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

• Coordinate with our video editor and graphic designer (you don’t have to design or edit yourself unless you want to jump in)

• Handle basic replies to DMs, comments, WhatsApps, and brand emails and if something needs Siya’s attention, just pass it on!

• Keep our Notion dashboard updated (we’ll train you on it, it’s super easy)

• Occasionally reach out to brands for collaborations (you’ll get templates and full training for this)

• Take full ownership of simple, clear execution > we’re all about clean communication and zero chaos

💼 Who This Is Perfect For:

• You’re organized, reliable, and enjoy being that person who “gets things done”

• You love Instagram and know how to post reels, carousels, stories, etc.

• You’re comfortable with Canva, Notion, and basic digital tools

• You take initiative > if something’s unclear, you ask; if something’s missing, you update it

• You’re open to learning and want to grow with a fast-growing, super-creative brand (started by an Interior Designer for Interior Designers)

📌 A Few Basics:

• Type: Full-time (Remote)

• Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (depending on your experience)

• Platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest…little bit of Facebook

• Work Hours: Flexible (just complete tasks within the given deadline)

• Start Date: ASAP
