Are you a visionary Product Designer, passionate about shaping the future of work with AI? We’re building the next generation of AI-powered tools in the work management space, and in this role, you will be instrumental in turning ambiguity into tangible, user-centric solutions. This is a 0–1 opportunity to define what’s next, from initial discovery through to final delivery.
You will be embedded in our AI product team, collaborating in a trio with Product and Engineering, and working closely with a dedicated UX Researcher to generate key insights. what makes you special
- 5+ Years' Experience. You have a strong background in product design with a proven track record of creating a significant impact across multiple products, ideally within B2B SaaS or productivity tools.
- 0–1 Product Expertise. You have demonstrated success in shaping early-stage products, expertly navigating ambiguity to define structured, testable, and scalable product concepts.
- Craft Excellence. You possess exceptional UI skills, a refined visual design sensibility, and an attention to detail, translating insights into intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces.
- AI-Fluent. You have hands-on experience in AI-native product development and are comfortable using AI prototyping tools like V0 to bring ideas to life.
- End-to-End Owner. You own the entire design process from problem framing to final UI. You partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a tight trio, using a strong discovery and prototyping practice to test hypotheses rapidly.
- Systems Thinker. You think in systems, not just in design patterns but also in processes and tooling. You have proven experience maintaining and growing a design system in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Code-Savvy. You're comfortable working directly with engineers to ensure design fidelity. Experience contributing to codebases (e.g., in React, Vue, or Svelte) and using tools like Storybook and GitHub is a significant plus.
- Design Champion. You elevate the team by championing high design standards through mentorship, thoughtful critique, and contributing to our design culture.
