They are seeking an AI Support Specialist to optimize customer interactions with their AI solution, handle inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner value is maximized. This role focuses on enhancing CX Assistant behavior, implementing knowledge base enhancements, and facilitating collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a technical support, chatbot management or product specialist role.
  • Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • General understanding of APIs, JSON or other technical formats for diagnosing issues.
  • Hands-on experience in chatbot configuration, intent training and performance analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Validating and implementing feature requests.
