This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer (Intermediate) in the United States.

This role is responsible for leading technical engagements across pre-sales and post-sales initiatives, designing, prototyping, and delivering complex software and cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into scalable architectures and ensure successful solution implementation. The position involves developing proof-of-concepts, conducting technical presentations, and providing guidance throughout deployment and integration. The environment is dynamic, offering opportunities to apply advanced engineering principles, influence product roadmaps, and drive customer success. This role is fully remote, allowing flexibility while engaging with global stakeholders and technical teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for pre-sales and post-sales engagements, guiding solution design and architecture.
  • Document and analyze client requirements to develop end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure, microservices, data integration, and security.
  • Lead requirements sessions, develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure adherence to best practices and successful solution deployment.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting during solution implementation and integration phases.
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (U.S. or foreign equivalent).
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in solutions engineering, systems architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures, microservices, API integrations, and data analytics concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable solutions for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, system reliability, security practices, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project coordination skills.
  • Proven track record of leading technical engagements and driving customer success through innovative solutions.
