Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
- Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Figma and Frame.io would be ideal
- Experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clientsin a fast-paced environment.
