Our client, a family-owned construction company with over 20 branches in Germany, is seeking a Construction Supervisor (High-Rise) to manage and coordinate high-rise construction projects from planning to completion. The role involves leading site managers, ensuring deadlines and quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
- Long-term experience in construction management, preferably as a Construction Supervisor in high-rise construction.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, construction law, VOB (German Civil Code B) and calculation.
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and a structured work approach.
- Confident handling of construction software (e.g. MS Project, iTWO, CAD) and MS Office.
