At Zuora, we are looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Workday & HRIS to support and enhance Workday and related HR systems. The role will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance business systems, driving efficiency, automation, and reliability in alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience including configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and business processes
- Experience with Workday Absence Management and Security configuration preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, time off, and organization management
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis, data validation, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting or integrating other HRIS or People Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Okta, others) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver quality outcomes, and maintain high accuracy under pressure
