The opportunity:

The Agile Lead (Jira & AI) is responsible for supporting, training, coaching, and mentoring Agile teams and groups of teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering products and features that provide exceptional business value. This role combines deep expertise in Agile practices with technical leadership in Jira and AI adoption. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile, skilled at unlocking actionable insights from Jira, and adept at leveraging AI-powered tools to help teams work smarter, faster, and with greater focus on high-value outcomes. In addition to direct team support, this role will enable other Agile Leads and Product Owners to expand their Jira expertise and elevate their use of AI in planning, delivery, and decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain Jira dashboards and reports, serving as an organizational expert in using Jira data to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and practices that accelerate Agile delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
  • Equip and guide teams, Agile Leads, and Product Owners in leveraging AI solutions and Jira best practices to enhance productivity, visibility, planning, and collaboration.
  • Set up and run high-performing Agile teams, clearly communicating team progress and status of key initiatives, supporting Product Owners in building and maintaining healthy backlogs, and facilitating cross-team coordination.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Lead
  • Proven expertise in Jira administration, including workflows, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, and integrations
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and present actionable insights from Jira data to drive continuous improvement and executive-level reporting
  • Experience applying AI tools and automation frameworks in Agile environments to reduce waste, speed up delivery, and increase team focus on high-value work
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and up-skill Agile Leads, Product Owners, and other leaders in Jira and AI best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices
  • Strong facilitation skills (brainstorming, conflict resolution, facilitation, etc.)

You’ll stand out if you have

  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions for Agile planning and delivery.
  • Jira expertise
  • Experience with SCRUM and running Agile teams
  • Comfortability with experimenting with AI tools

$100K - $120K

Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
