Naval Surface and Sub-Surface Unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissanc

Hoplite Group is seeking a non-travel contract position as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in unmanned ISR operations & policy. The SME will contribute to the development of policies, operating concepts, and integration strategies for unmanned surface and subsurface naval ISR systems, working with INDOPACOM. Responsibilities include advisory support, tabletop exercises, and operational guidance. Part-time engagement (approximately 80-100 hours/month) is required, with the first engagement anticipated during the first two weeks of November 2025.

Requirements

• High level of expertise in Unmanned Surface Vehicles or Unmanned Underwater Vehicles.
• Expert-level knowledge of sensor capabilities, service interoperability, and operational integration.
• Understanding of ISR systems onboard aviation, land, and maritime platforms.
• Experience working with allies at the operational and strategic level.
• US Secret Security Clearance Required.
