  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics contexts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2-4 times per year for onsite customer engagements, team offsites, and company events.
  • Preferred: dbt Analytics Engineering Certification, experience advising on enterprise dbt solutions, or familiarity with traditional ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Datastage).

Benefits

  • Unlimited vacation time with a culture that encourages taking time off.
  • 401(k) plan with 3% guaranteed company contribution.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Flexible stipends for health & wellness, home office setup, cell phone & internet, learning & development, and office space.
