Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Account Manager to lead one of our most strategic retail partnerships — Sephora. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing beauty brand and play a key role in expanding our presence across both digital and in-store channels.
As the main liaison between our brand and Sephora, you will take ownership of account strategy, daily operations, and stakeholder relationships across multiple departments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, digital, logistics, and finance, and report directly to the CEO.
We’re seeking someone passionate about the beauty industry, highly organized, and experienced in retail account management, especially with Sephora or similar beauty retailers.
Key Responsibilities1. Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for Sephora across all departments including buying, marketing, logistics, and digital.
Foster a best-in-class retail partnership, ensuring strong working relationships with all merchant team members.
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between Sephora and internal teams.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Build and implement both brick-and-mortar and digital strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular business reviews, market insight reports, and performance updates.
Negotiate terms, promotions, and annual plans in line with business objectives.
3. Product Promotion & Merchandising
Plan and execute effective product assortments and promotional campaigns across omni-channel platforms.
Collaborate with Sephora’s marketing teams to develop, test, and launch initiatives that maximize visibility and engagement.
Create and support retailer-specific media plans, CRM, and targeting strategies.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Monitor stock levels, ensuring the right mix and timely availability of products both in-store and online.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to prevent out-of-stock issues and maintain seamless product flow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Prior experience managing accounts with Sephora is required.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data to drive insights and actions.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
