Assessment Center Lead (Pre-hire Gatekeeper)

Wing is hiring an Assessment Center Lead to oversee the final evaluation and qualification stage of the hiring process. This role focuses on ensuring candidates meet Wing's objective standards through skill, communication, and professionalism assessments, acting as a quality gatekeeper for all hires. The lead will manage simulations, assessments, and scoring systems.

Requirements

• Lead the daily operations of Wing’s Assessment Center
• Develop, refine, and enforce assessment rubrics
• Supervise assessment proctors and evaluators
• Administer and review English and communication evaluations
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Quality teams
• Maintain data dashboards and reporting
• Audit assessment results
