We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers with onboarding, campaign creation and implementation, and help them achieve excellent results. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of work experience in customer success, account management or sales in the B2B field, completed commercial vocational training, a degree in media, communication or business sciences or relevant work experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in customer success, account management or sales in the B2B field
  • Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in media, communication or business sciences or relevant work experience
  • Extremely customer- and service-oriented
  • Communication talent and empathetic and positive personality
  • Independent, structured and proactive work style and hands-on mentality
  • Ideally, familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Good English skills and fluent German skills
