This position provides essential support to internal operations and customer-facing activities, ensuring smooth administrative and technical processes. The role involves handling documentation, assisting with projects, and providing on-site support for videoconferencing systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing and receiving invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  • Performing SAP operations for administrative and financial tasks.
  • Providing on-site assistance with videoconferencing equipment in Sapucaia do Sul.
  • Supporting internal projects and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Executing general administrative duties, including document management and scheduling.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Performing other activities relevant to the role and delegated by Gerdau.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and operations.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and financial documentation.
  • Ability to provide technical support for videoconferencing equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Availability for on-site support in Sapucaia do Sul.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

  • Knowledge of Yealink video conferencing equipment.
  • Advanced SAP proficiency.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
