Requirements
- Proven track record of managing large complex merchant relationships
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proven B2B sales and ideally payments, ecommerce or fintech sales experience
- Strategic problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions, increase merchant growth, and achieve strategic commercial value
- Effective negotiation and deal structuring skills
- Expertise in crafting compelling solutions and value propositions
- Understanding of digital marketing solutions
- Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings
- Knowledge of specific customer segments
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking and building relationships with managers, executives, and peers
