This international technology company is seeking a Team Lead Node.js to join their team and make AI accessible to non-technical business users. The role involves mentoring a team, designing system architecture, developing applications, and contributing to a high-growth AI sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 2+ years as a Team Leader or Technical Manager with a team of at least 5 people
• Strong Node.js, Meteor, MongoDB skills
• Experience developing and optimizing high-load systems
• Experience working with React on the frontend
• Experience working with high-load systems and optimizing database queries
• Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and scalability
• Experience finding and fixing problems with memory and processor load
• Experience in distributed teams
• English B2+
