Azure Solutions Worldwide Non-Profit Business Director

Microsoft is seeking a highly driven, strategic executive to lead the Azure Solutions Worldwide Non-Profit Business Director role. This position focuses on transforming Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into actionable plans for the nonprofit sector, focusing on driving growth and providing insights to sellers, executives, and customer leaders. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing programs and investments, and representing Azure within the nonprofit community. It is a full-time, remote position requiring leadership experience and a creative mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field.
• 7+ years customer-facing experience in operations, enterprise-level improvement program management, product management, transportation, hospitality, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, retail, management consulting, consultative selling, public sector, technology or industry-relevant equivalent management or technical work experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business or related field
• 5+ years proven people management and/or leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in creating and driving programs/businesses in the field.
• Industry Advisory IC5 experience.
