As a Sales Development Specialist at AIPERIA, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers in the bread and bakery goods as well as retail food sector. You will generate interest in our AI-based planning and optimization solutions and lay the foundation for new customer relationships.
Requirements
- Proactive contact with potential customers (phone, email, LinkedIn) - including cold canvassing and outreach
- Qualification of leads and evaluation of suitability for our solutions
- Arrangement of initial meetings and demos
- Building and maintaining the sales pipeline
- Researching decision-makers, creating account plans, and identifying relevant contacts
- Caring for incoming leads (e.g. through website, webinars, trade shows), prioritization, and rapid follow-up
- Documentation of all contacts and activities in CRM + regular reporting
